South Davis Community Hospital (SDCH) was established solely to better support the needs of the community. At SDCH, children and adults of all ages find hope and families find the support they need to redefine everyday life from the benefits of our specialized care.
After operating as a nonprofit acute care hospital since opening in 1961, the hospital reopened in 1977 after a major remodel as a specialty care hospital.
SDCH and its campus of specialty services remain a nonprofit organization held in trust for the community, Utah, and the inter-mountain region and is overseen by a Board of Directors.
